* For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
* We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Tracking An Order
Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided.
It will include your order number, billing + shipping address, style name(s) and number(s).
Once your jewelry has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Defects
If any of your products arrive damaged or defective, please send email to us within one week of delivery, which should include a picture and brief description of the damage or defect.
